Total People’s Pathways to Work programme can help you get you started in a career by giving you the chance to gain valuable experience with a local employer as well as help you to gain new qualifications and skills.

Why join Pathways to work?
Throughout your time with us you will be supported by your own Key Worker and you may be entitled to receive EMA and travel allowance.
If you are interested we can offer training at our centre. You will gain skills and knowledge and could potentially undertake a placement with a local employer.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to achieve the following qualifications:
- Functional Skills (English, Maths & ICT)
- Development of Personal & Social Skills
- Level 1/2 Certificates
Further Progression
At the end of your Pathways Programme you could progress onto an Apprenticeship and begin a Level 2 Qualification.
