So you’ve decided to get your career off on the right foot by choosing routes to work . Congratulations! We help young people like you to find the right career. Routes to work is a 10 week programme designed to help you find employment in a job or apprenticeship. Our team will work with you giving you information, advice and guidance.

CV Building

Our team will work with you to ensure that you have a CV that stands out from the rest. We will also show you how to write covering letters and also speculative letters to employers.

Applying for Jobs

Application forms can be a difficult task to master but at routes to work you will learn useful tips and tricks to get your application noticed.

Interview Skills

Once you have had a successful application the next step is to go for an interview. Some people become nervous at interviews but don’t worry because we can help you prepare by giving you hints and tips on what to expect right through to what to wear.

Preparations

Whatever it is you need to help you get ready for work we can help you. Brush up on some IT skills? Consider it done. Unsure of your Maths or English ability? We can help you there too! Whatever it is we are there to help.
