  • Key Skill Application of Number Level 1

  • Employment Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)
Units covered There are a variety of units within this qualification surrounding software applications such as Microsoft Office suite and:

  • Using e-mail
  • Using the internet
  • Improving productivity using IT
Entry requirements You must be employed in an IT/business and administration job role working a minimum of 30 hours/week.
Who is it for? Anyone working in an administration role such as:

  • Office administrator
  • Receptionist

Aged 19-24

Fully funded for employers with less than 1000 employees. For employers with 1000+ employees, please contact us for further details.

Aged 25 and over

  • Witness testimony

The qualification is assessed at the workplace and there is no requirement to go to college.

Personal qualities A keen interest in using information technology with some ability when working towards the IT User qualification.
