| Assessment method | You will put together a portfolio of evidence that will be assessed using a range of methods. Observation of real work will be used for all competence based units, in addition you will be asked to provide witness testimony and discussion and carry out knowledge based questions. You will be required to complete some online tests. |
| Personal qualities | To work in a retail environment you will need to have the following personal qualities:

| Further progression | Once you have completed your Apprenticeship you can look at moving on to level 3 Diploma in Retail Skills, dependent on your job role. |
