Total People is organised into 23 separate occupational areas. Each one has a team of Training Advisers, all of whom have industry specific experience. It is these Training Advisers who are pivotal to our success, as they are the people who support both the employer and the learner throughout the training. They enable us to maintain our high standards and be responsive to the needs of all those involved.
In agreement with you, the Training Adviser develops a structured yet flexible training programme, which is designed to meet the needs of both the individual and the employer.
The training is delivered via a diverse range of methods including workshops, one-to-one training sessions and innovative open learning materials, which are supplemented by regular review and assessment in the workplace.
