Training & Qualifications
Total People’s Hospitality & Catering sector has around 100 learners currently on programme.
All of the training that we offer is flexible and is specifically designed to suit the needs of your business. We use a diverse range of delivery methods including workshops, one-to-one training sessions, e-learning and regular review and assessment.
Total People help businesses in two specific ways;
- Providing funding for existing team members to achieve National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs), enabling them to enhance their skills, knowledge, understanding and motivation
- Assistance in the recruitment of young people for your business, and subsequently providing them with training and development to NVQ standards
