Total People’s Retail staff are occupationally competent in delivering Level 2 and Level 3 Retail qualifications and are also qualified Assessors with over 40 years combined experience.
The team is flexible, approachable and knowledgeable; adapting their delivery to meet the needs of the business and the learner. Their role is to support you and guide you to achieving your qualification.
Apprenticeships

A Retail KnowledgeTechnical Certificate provides and tests the underpinning knowledge required for the industry or job role.
As an estimate, the duration of the Apprenticeship is usually 12 months whilst an Advanced Apprenticeship lasts around 18 months.
