Train to Gain

Train to Gain is a new Government led service aimed at employers to support their employees who are aged 19+, and who don’t have a formal Level 2 qualification (5 GCSEs grade A-C or equivalent). The service enables such people to achieve NVQ or equivalent qualifications in a wide range of occupational areas, reinforcing existing knowledge and encouraging new skills.

total people train to gainTrain to Gain provides a way of proving your knowledge and competence. The training is structured, fully supported and designed specifically for your needs. On completion, you will have an NVQ (National Vocation Qualification); a recognised award which will demonstrate your ability, demonstrate your skills and abilities and advance your personal development.

Train to Gain also offers nationally-recognised qualifications in English and Maths.
