Overview

This will be a varied role providing the successful candidate with a good all round appreciation of the business. For the right person, there is the opportunity to secure full time employment and progress to higher level qualifications.

About the apprenticeship

his will be a varied role providing the successful candidate with a good all round appreciation of the business, time will be spent in the office supporting administrative tasks, plus also time in the warehouse receiving incoming products and assisting with safe storage of products, also assisting with out going deliveries. 

Core tasks will include much of the following:

  • Answering incoming calls and emails
  • Dealing with enquiries directly or passing throughout the business as required.
  • Regular usage of microsoft packages, word, excel, outlook
  • Regular communications with all departments
  • Printing labels
  • Organising transport, planning and scheduling most effective routes
  • Loading and unloading of incoming products/deliveries
  • Operating at all times o strict health & safety guidelines
  • Other tasks as reasonably requested

Apprenticeship qualification and training

  • Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
