About the apprenticeship
To provide administrative support. To ensure continual development by taking on additional tasks throughout the Apprenticeship to demonstrate development towards the Level 3 Standard.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls; taking messages and responding to requests
- Speaking to clients and booking engineering appointments
- Dealing with Client’s contracts – contacting site to confirm appointments
- Liaising with engineers and solving queries
- Printing, scanning electronic filing
- Binding presentation materials
- Meeting and greeting of visitors
- Dealing with client emails
- Processing engineers paperwork – managing of all jobs
- Managing data input into spreadsheets to ensure they are up to date and nothing is missed. Flagging any tasks that are not completed and checking necessary paperwork has been submitted
- Running reports
- Stock take of sample bottles - re-ordering when necessary and dealing with orders that arrive at premises
- Updating social media
- General office duties, e.g. filing, faxing, scanning, photocopying etc.
- Full training will be given
