 As an Apprentice Chef with Rowton Hall Hotel & Spa, you will have the opportunity to commence a structured training programme during which time you will develop your skills and knowledge of the industry, learn how to perform to a high standard within a professional kitchen.

 The role will include:

You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting food in line with required standards
  • Keeping preparation at the right level, making sure that food is served promptly
  • Monitoring food production to ensure consistent quality and portion size
  • Stock control
  • Following relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines

This provides a fantastic opportunity to grow with the company.

This role would ideally suit a person looking to begin their culinary career. As such, minimal experience is required as full training will be given. However, a good attitude and a keen interest in food are essential. In return for your commitment we offer full training from our experienced chefs, a comfortable working environment within a team, whilst working towards a nationally recognised catering qualification.
