About the apprenticeship
Main Duties:
- Supporting the Directors with Admin Duties (Market & Client Research)
- Supporting Recruitment Consultants (Administration, CRM and Researching new Contacts and Clients)
- Running Reports from the CRM System
- Writing Job Specs
- Managing Applications via Job Boards
- Completing ad hoc admin and office duties
- Giving ideas and input to company social media and marketing
- Being a positive influence on the team – Always offering to help
- Maintain our small office, meet and greet visitors and prep meeting room
