About the apprenticeship

To carry out a variety of administrative tasks within the department to assist Case Handlers.

Duties include:

  • Opening all incoming post and DX
  • Arranging for all of this to be scanned on to the system 
  • Collecting Certificates of the title at agreed times throughout the day and having these signed and scanned
  • Ensuring that all outgoing post is collected and enveloped in accordance with data protection
  • Franking all outgoing post and having it all ready for collection at 4PM
  • Making drinks for board meetings
  • Making reports of the incoming post and taking these to Post Completion.
  • Ensuring that all HUB documents that are printed get sent out in the post the same day- again ensuring data protection law is adhered to
  • Clearing exceptions from the exception station- these are pieces of post that have been scanned but not allocated to a case
  • Supporting other departments within the business when we can
  • To monitor and Maintain the LMS/TCS Work in Progress list daily
  • To monitor the LMS/TCS Gateway for errors and apply the correct fix to each error daily
  • Monitor the proclaim ATM task list and clear any tasks created on a daily basis
  • Uphold a friendly customer service attitude
  • Ensure effective communication and implementation of company policies, procedures, plans and principles
  • Have and maintain a positive attitude and flexible approach to your work and your colleagues ensuring the same care and diligence is carried out when working on a colleague’s files as well as your own files

  • Demonstrating a ‘can do’ attitude within the workplace
  • From time to time you may be required to undertaken other activities of a similar nature that fall within capabilities as directed by management
