About the apprenticeship
Typical duties will include (with full training provided, working alongside and shadowing our team of highly skilled practitioners):
- Working within, and ensuring the effective delivery of the EYFS and adhere to the policies and procedures set out by the company
- Produce and maintain effective tracking for each of your key children though monthly planning and observations
- Promote the safe, caring, nurturing environment for the children to grow and thrive.
- Ensure the needs of each child are paramount
- Undertake any relevant training as and when required
- Be a positive role model by presenting yourself in a friendly, professional approachable manner
- Work to all government guidance
- Identify the role of a responsible key worker
- Attend regular staff meetings, open days and fundraisers in support of the nursery
- Ensure college and assessor deadlines are met
