Waverton Pre-School are looking for a childcare Apprentice to join the team
About the apprenticeship
- To work as a childcare apprentice
- Help ensure the safety and security of children in the setting
- Promoting the children's learning and enjoyment through planned play experiences
- Supporting children's care routines such as meal and sleep times
- Helping to prepare, carry out and clear away a wide range of childcare activities and resources
- Supporting language acquisition and language skills
- Supervise and support children's play extending their interests
- Ensuring children feel safe and secure at all times
- Adhering to settings policies and procedures
Committed, enthusiastic, reliable able to communicate well with children and adults. Able to work as an effective team member. Wanting to gain experience in the Childcare field. Good communication skills with the ability to use own initiative.
