Overview

We have a vacancy for a customer service apprentice in our busy office. Full training will be provided in house and we will also arrange for you to complete a customer service NVQ with Total People.

About the apprenticeship

Duties will include: 
  • Processing customer orders and completing all required documents 
  • Providing administrative support to the office team
  • Communicating courteously with customer by telephone and email 
  • Scanning documents 
  • Entering data into excel
  • Filing
