About the apprenticeship

The Key role of our Customer Services Executive Apprenticeship will include :

  •  Achieve key performance tasks given to the role 
  •  Ordering new services that are ordered through the sales team 
  •  Updating the status of orders and chasing suppliers for updates 
  •  Providing customers & the sales team updates on new orders
  •  Checking customer invoices to ensure correctly billed services
  • Cross-referencing billing excel spread sheets for correctly added rates 
  •  Adding new orders to the billing platform as they are made live 
  •  Answering the phones to customers and offering an update or providing customer information
  •  Monitoring dashboards to ensure tasks are completed in time


  •  Maintain an excellent relationship with the Head of Sales, always demonstrating a unified team and push toward hitting and exceeding the business’ expectations
