About the apprenticeship

The Key role of our Customer Services Executive Apprenticeship will include :

  •   Achieve key performance tasks given to the role 
  •   Answering the phones to customers and raising cases in the CRM
  •   Providing First Line Support
  •   Updating the status of faults and chasing suppliers for updates 
  •   Monitoring dashboards to ensure tasks are completed in time

TEAMWORK

  •  Maintain an excellent relationship with internal departments and  always demonstrating a unified team and push toward hitting and exceeding the business’ expectations
