About the apprenticeship

The successful candidate will be responsible to the reception/admin manager and the podiatry team leader.

Responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Customer service
  • Telephone appointment booking (using a computerised system)
  • Meeting and greeting patients
  • Booking appointments face to face
  • Cash handling
  • Sales
  • Raising invoices
  • Liaising with nursing homes & businesses
  • Administrative duties
  • Stock control
  • Daily housekeeping
  • Record keeping
