About the apprenticeship
The successful candidate will be responsible to the reception/admin manager and the podiatry team leader.
Responsibilities and duties will include:
- Customer service
- Telephone appointment booking (using a computerised system)
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Booking appointments face to face
- Cash handling
- Raising invoices
- Liaising with nursing homes & businesses
- Administrative duties
- Stock control
- Daily housekeeping
- Record keeping
Potential for a full-time position for the right person following successful completion of the apprenticeship process.
