About the apprenticeship
Duties will include:
- Handling customer calls to provide support
- Answering telephone calls and emails
- Logging conversations and communications
- Keeping good documentation
- Membership card proof design printing
- Assist with till programming
- Excel data entry
- Ad-hoc admin work
Apprenticeship qualification and training
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
