Kappita are a good supportive employer with a successful history of developing apprentices. They are looking for a Customer Support Help Desk Apprentice.

About the apprenticeship

Duties will include:

  • Handling customer calls to provide support
  • Answering telephone calls and emails
  • Logging conversations and communications
  • Keeping good documentation
  • Membership card proof design printing
  • Assist with till programming
  • Excel data entry
  • Ad-hoc admin work 

Apprenticeship qualification and training

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard, which includes:

  • Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)
