Overview
We are looking for a digitally skilled candidate with excellent interpersonal skills for a digital support position. You will work towards a Level 3 Digital Marketer apprenticeship standard.
About the apprenticeship
If you are highly motivated and reliable person this position is perfect for you! You will be remote working from home, so you will need to prove that you can work alone and be confident doing so. You will be organizing and supervising all of the technical activities to facilitate the efficient running of the business.
Some of the daily duties for this role include:
- Troubleshooting technical / digital issues
- Speaking to customers to quickly resolving technical issues
- Managing the Zoom platform, Google platforms and the backend website WordPress
- Managing social media accounts and the MailChimp platform
- Manage email campaigns and digital marketing strategy and deployment
- Digital design such as PPT, Handbooks, images for marketing, etc.
Apprenticeship qualification and training
Level 3 Digital Marketer apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
