Overview

We are looking for a Business Administration apprentice to join the team.

About the apprenticeship

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and process all incoming PCN / NIP correspondence in line with stipulated timescales
  • Update vehicle allocations and driver details in all systems as appropriate
  • Manage and distribute effectively all incoming fleet correspondence
  • Management of the generic fleet email inbox
  • Fuel card management
  • Invoice verification and liaison with Finance to ensure effective payment
  • Attention to vehicle data management to ensure all vehicles are compliant in line with statutory legislation
  • Driving Licence management
  • Cash allowance Vehicle management
  • Hire vehicle control 
  • General fleet related duties to meet demands of the business

Apprenticeship qualification and training

  • Level 3 - Business Administration standard
  • Functional Skills if required
