About the apprenticeship
Duties will include:
- To support the HR Assistant with providing an effective and efficient service to internal and external customers and a proactive administration support service to the Human Resources team
- To be responsible for providing timely and comprehensive administration support for recruitment exercises and advising managers and applicants on the conditions of service for Totally Local Company
- This is supporting on the management of the recruitment process, advertising vacancies, booking in interviews, sending out welcome packs. Assisting with new starter checks, ensuring right to works are in place, references are on file etc.
- To assist with carrying out disclosure and barring checks for our school staff. To assist with reception duties, distributing incoming post, greeting visitors etc and Diary Management of meeting rooms
Apprenticeship qualification and training
Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
