About the apprenticeship

Team player required to join our busy Stockport Direct Mail Business - must have good knowledge and experience in working in Excel and Word, with InDesign and Access an added advantage. The core job role will include;

- Taking and dealing with enquiries 
- Proof reading 
- Database cleaning
- Mail merge set up
- Printing high volumes of letters
- Prepare finished letters, ready for the mailing inserter machines to put into the post.
- Other office and administration tasks as reasonably directed

A high standard of English Grammar is needed for proof reading clients correspondence prior to printing, as is attention to detail, so that no errors occur.

Full training will be given, but with a good understanding of the above you will soon become an integral part of this award winning local company.

This position pays the national minimum wage for the successful candidates age, a higher rate maybe considered for an ideal experienced candidate.

National Minimum Wages:
16-17 years - £4.55
18-20 years - £6.45
21-24 years - £8.20
25 years +   - £8.72
Future Prospects

Full time position for the right candidate following successful completion of the apprenticeship process and based on company finances at the time.
