Overview

We are looking to recruit motivated individuals who is capable of juggling a number of disciplines at once. Working in the most important part of the business making key operational decisions.

About the apprenticeship

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working out the most cost effective and efficient routes for the vehicles
  • Dealing with real time operational issues
  • Estimating volumes of waste
  • Communicating by instant message and telephone to give accurate information to our drivers and clients
  • Motivating teams and giving good advice to assist completing collections
  • Confirming drivers hours and ensuring collections have been completed correctly
  • Ensuring maintenance of vehicles is up to date

Apprenticeship qualification and training

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard, which includes:

  • Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)
