Next Stage are a group of 4 Companies who provide support to children, young people and Adults across the North West. Our busy Head Office houses the HR , Finance and IT teams who support all 4 Companies, in addition to providing a base for our Heads of Service. We are looking for an apprentice to join our team.

About the apprenticeship

Next Stage are seeking an enthusiastic apprentice to join their Central Services Team (HR,Finance,and IT).

We will offer you the opportunity to develop a career in business administration whilst working in a friendly but focused workplace.

• You will be responsible for providing wide ranging support to all members of the team and will develop skills to provide administrative support to help the Company operate effectively and efficiently.
• You must have good verbal and written communication skills and Duties include but are not limited to:
• Updating and maintaining databases and audit trackers
• Responding to and managing emails
• Responding to and managing social media enquiries
• Registering employees onto E-learning platform
• Scanning and preparing documents as required
• Answering the telephone and taking accurate messages
• Other general office duties

Apprenticeship qualification and training

• Level 3 Business Administrator Standard Apprenticeship 
• EPA
