We're searching for a reliable, bright, highly organised individual with a desire to train as an Office Administrator in a successful, friendly local company, who is IT literate and has lots of initiative to provide administrative support to the Office Manager.
About the apprenticeship
Reporting to the office manager, your primary job role and responsibility will be to ensure the timely and accurate completion of administrative related activities, providing support to the office manager. You'll be trained on every aspect of office administration to ensure you can become a valued member of our office team. Duties include:
- Purchase invoices processing
- Filing
- Fielding telephone calls
- Creation of new customer accounts on Sage & Excel
- Stationery requisition
- Reviewing staff
Apprenticeship qualification and training
Business Administrator Apprenticeship Level 3, standard
