About the apprenticeship

Duties may include:

• Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels
• Ensure that all records are accurate and up to date
• Attend meetings to assess progress on projects which are in motion, and take detailed notes to share with other colleagues
• Build working relationships with customers

• Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard
