Main duties would involve:
- Maintaining and organising hotel inboxes
- Responding to guest enquiries and helping arrange bedroom reservations
- Outbound calling to our guests to book table reservations
- Spot-checking recent reservations for errors
- Spot-checking bookings due to arrive
