Pulse Fitness are looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to join their team!
About the apprenticeship
Daily Duties to include:
- Fully responsible for dealing with all incoming customer queries in a timely manner as required and all aspects of the administrative tasks relating to customer service requests, Logging the jobs and accurately inputting them into the system.
- Allocating the service engineers jobs and following up making sure that all paperwork / jobs sheets have been correctly completed and processed through the system.
- Producing Service reports and managing the RTF’s (Return To Fix) with parts required and making sure these are dealt with quickly and within contractual obligations, if not these are to be escalated to the Service Manager.
- Producing reports accurately and on time, as and when required.
- General administration duties as required
