Overview
The Rosebank Centre caters for babies aged 3 months up to Pre School at which point they can transfer seamlessly to Rosebank Nature Garden, our log cabin pre-school situated a 3 minute stroll away. We are looking for a new team member, someone who wants to join an established and respected childcare team in Lymm.
About the apprenticeship
Your daily duties will include:
- The daily care, cleaning, feeding and educating of our children
- Working in partnership with other colleagues, parents or other professionals to meet the individual needs of each child
- Identify issues of safeguarding and child protection, ensuring that the welfare and safety of children is promoted
- Undertake specific tasks related to the safety and hygiene of the children and the cleanliness of the setting
- Contribute to the planning and organisation of activities and children's individual experiences which will support and extend the children's learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage
Apprenticeship qualification and training
Full on the job training and Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard.
About the employer
We are a family run business based in Cheshire. Our first nursery opened 25 years ago in the village of Lymm. Since then we have opened another nursery/ pre-school in Orford, and we've built a beautiful log cabin pre-school as a follow-on in Lymm.
