About the apprenticeship
- Coding
- Posting, and filing of supplier invoices, in conjunction with our purchase order system and other internal procedures.
- Reconciling supplier accounts & interacting with supplier contacts via telephone or email to solve any invoice/payment queries.
- Business Bank Account - helping with the electronic raising of payments/statements.
- Support Reporting - collating weekly/monthly/annual information to support the financial controller in period end reporting.
- Ad hoc office duties
Apprenticeship qualification and training
Finance assistant Level 2 apprenticehsip standard
