Located in The Great Northern Warehouse, Platzki Restaurant is a concept created by two food fanatics who took a humble Polish potato pancake and turned it into a taste fest. We need a new Front of House Apprentice for our fast paced team.
About the apprenticeship
The ideal candidate must have a good working attitude and be reliable.
In return a full apprenticeship programme will be delivered with the core working activities based around much of the following:
- Serving customers
- Taking orders
- Preparing tables
- Greeting customers
- Serving alcohol is age permits
- Showing customers to their table
- Giving out menus and taking orders for food and drink
- Dealing with bill payments
- Making sure tables are clean and tidy
- Other duties as reasonably requested
Apprenticeship qualification and training
- Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
- Functional Skills in maths and English if required

This led to the creation of a menu focused on dishes based on honest ingredients, injected with passion and goodness. More evolution, or perhaps I mean revolution, as our menu has become even more adventurous, with Polish traditional dishes becoming ‘street’.
We are perfectionists in everything we do, believe that food deserves respect, and so our ingredients are fresh and ethically sourced.
