The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work within an experienced HR team to help deliver an ambitious plan of activity and learn a wide variety of fundamental HR skills.
The HR team are responsible for ensuring we create a great place for all our people to work, and that we operate in a safe and legal manner when it comes to our people-related processes and policies.
This role will involve:-
- Opportunity to experience all aspects of HR
- Get involved in creative and leading-edge projects
The successful person will be able to:-
- Develop their existing IT skills
- Develop their existing administrative skills
- Learn more about what it’s like to work in a generalist HR team
- Develop remote and virtual working skills.
We are a team of 12 people, all with different backgrounds and experiences, so this role is an opportunity to learn from our experiences whilst also providing an opportunity to bring your own ideas to the table.
