Overview

General Joinery and Building Ltd aims to provide a exceptional quality service in building house extensions, Basement and Loft conversions in Cheshire. We are looking to recruit an apprentice to join our team.

About the apprenticeship

Reporting directly to the Site Manager you will be carrying out general carpentry and joinery duties on all stages of construction. 

• Confirming to general health, safety and welfare in the workplace 
• Using a range of hand and power tools 
• Working on domestic, extensions, basements and lofts. 
• Measuring, marking out, cutting, finishing, positioning and securing 
• Safely storing materials, without causing damage

Apprenticeship qualification and training

• Carpentry Joinery Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
