Celebrating Apprentices – Rebekah Taylor

It is incredibly rewarding to hear of the achievements and success stories of our apprentices. Today we are celebrating Rebekah Taylor, a Level 2 Childcare Apprentice, who has shown a fantastic aptitude in all areas of her work, which has been recognised by everyone around her.

Rebekah’s accomplishments and performance within her role have been highlighted by both her training assessor and her setting.  Maxine Bannister, Nursery Manager at Rebekah’s setting had this to say:

“Rebekah has only been at our setting since October 2016, but we have been very impressed with the development of her role.

She has a very mature and professional manner and is very keen to acquire new skills and put them into practice.

Rebekah has already gained quality relationships with the children in her care and is developing confidence with our parents.

Rebekah has now recently taken the opportunity to have her first ‘Key Child’. Keep up the excellent work Rebekah, we are very proud of you.”

Apprentice congratulations

It is great to hear that Rebekah is developing so well within her role and that she has recently undertaken her first ‘Key Child’.

Rebekah’s Training Advisor, Sarah Buksh, is really enthused by her work ethic and commitment:

“Rebekah joined my Level 2 childcare group as an apprentice in October 2016.

I am extremely pleased with her commitment and dedication to training. She has been early for training every week, prepared and ready to learn.

She has ensured that every task has been submitted to a good standard every week and had 100% attendance!

What a fantastic young apprentice. I am extremely proud of her and l know she will go far with a work ethic like this. Well done Rebekah.”
