Below is an overview of the Contact Centre Apprenticeship, outlining the qualifications you will achieve and the units and vocational areas you will cover throughout your training as well as other important information such as course duration and funding.

| Entry requirements | You must be employed in a call/contact centre for at least 30 hours/week. |
| Who is it for? | Anyone who is working within a call/contact centre environment dealing with inbound/outbound telephone calls. |

Aged 16-24Fully funded Aged 25 and overTotal People require employers to make a contribution towards the cost for all learners aged 25 years and over, embarking on an Apprenticeship or Advanced Apprenticeship programme. Advanced Apprenticeship

| Units covered | A number of units are available to choose from and are tailored around job role, daily tasks and business objectives. There are 2 mandatory units:

| Entry requirements | You must be employed in a call/contact centre for at least 30 hours/week. |
| Who is it for? | Anyone who is employed within a contact centre environment and has responsibility for resource planning/rotas. For example a Team Leader or someone able to demonstrate ability to work on substantial tasks. |
