| Assessment method | You will put together a portfolio of evidence that will be assessed using a range of methods. Observation of real work will be used for all competence based units, in addition you will be asked to provide witness testimony and discussion and carry out knowledge based questions. |

| Further progression | Once you have completed your Apprenticeship you can look at moving on to Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership. |
