Our aim is to provide a safe and productive environment for both staff and learners to work and learn in. Creating a culture of vigilance where all people know their responsibilities and act accordingly and all learners are aware of what they can expect and what to do if they have any concerns.

As a learner you should feel able to speak to any member of staff at Total People regarding any issue which is concerning you, however, if you feel you want to access support from other agencies or groups we would recommend using the Local Advice website.
