Education Apprenticeships

Funded pathways to stronger classroom support

Specialist apprenticeship training for teaching assistants in the North West

Many teaching assistants start their careers without formal training, but the right apprenticeship can transform their impact—equipping them with the skills and confidence to support pupils effectively and strengthen classroom outcomes.

With government funding available, our apprenticeships offer a cost-effective way to enhance pupil support, meet staffing needs and foster a positive, inclusive school culture. By investing in high-quality training, schools not only improve the learning experience for pupils but also raise standards that can contribute to stronger Ofsted ratings.

We work with primary, secondary, and special schools across Greater Manchester and the wider region, helping to boost staff retention, improve pupil success, and deliver the quality of education that inspectors value.
