Personal and Social Development 

Overview 

The programme encourages and promotes skills that contribute to a young person's own development to support them in the transition from education to employment.

We will develop the programme to meet the needs of young people that will enable them to have the best outcome and move into a destination that is suitable for their personal growth and next steps. 

The programme will focus on developing the below characteristics:

Course format 

You will take part in practical classroom-based learning while also completing work experience in a role that matches your career aim.

Who is suitable? 

There are no entry requirements, but you should be working at Entry-3 in Maths and English.
