Employability Skills For Young People Aged 16-24
Our Employability Skills courses are tailored to develop the skills that future employers are looking for and enable young people to become active citizens.
We provide excellent work experience opportunities, vocational qualifications that support development with discreet and embedded maths and English throug planing the personal and social development of each young person to meet their needs.
We also offer extra support to young people aged 16-18, or aged 19-24 with an Education Health and Care (EHC) plan.

- Learners who were unable to complete mainstream education
- SEND/LDD learners
- Those who prefer smaller classrooms
- Those who need additional tutor support.
