NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Developing Enterprise Skills

Overview 

The NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Developing Enterprise Skills course offers you the opportunity to develop your knowledge in maths and gain a nationally recognised qualification (City in Guilds) which will enable you to progress in your career.

Functional skills are designed to develop and test maths skills that are used in everyday and work-related settings. They are designed to equip you with the skills that employers want, enabling you to be work ready on completion of the course.

Assessments 

On completing the maths skills course, you will be required to complete a maths assessment which will cover the tasks that have been taught during the programme. There will be sections that require a calculator and sections where no calculator is required.

Course format 

This is a classroom-based course with lessons delivered face to face each week.  A dedicated Learning Coach provides you with support throughout the course. 

Entry Requirements

You should have achieved Grade 1-4 GCSE maths and English, or Level 1-2 in Functional maths and English.
