As an IT Customer Service Apprentice, you will have a passion for delivering the best customer service, have a keen interest in all things technology and digital, and use your excellent communication skills to solve problems.
The 12-18-month programme is dedicated to teaching you what it takes to deliver first-class customer service every time, using a combination of technological and networking tools.
