Harold, who is a volunteer at the RSPCA Store in Glossop, is working towards completing his NVQ Level 2 in Retail/Customer Service. Stephen Tomkinson, his training assessor from Total People, set Harold the task of creating a window display to attract more customers into the store.

Not only has Harold done an amazing job with this display which counts towards his qualification, but he has also been given employee of the month by his manager who had this to say; “Nothing is ever too much for Harold, also he is very considerate and hard working. He always goes above and beyond for his customers, and quite often they sing his praises. Harold has been a great help to me and has coached three new starters to learn the till. He is calm and approachable, and all our volunteers love working with him!”
