Tell us more about your 50in5 apprenticeship
Engineering apprenticeships are offered in two intakes a year. Leading to a level 3 standard as a fully qualified Engineering technician at the end of three years.
What made you want to recruit an apprentice/retrain existing colleagues?
Apprenticeships give young people a fantastic experience in the working world and bring new ideas in to show us employers that they can ‘hit the ground running’. Hands-on training gives them a real chance to put their skills into practice and helps them to gain more confidence in a working environment. In return they are our future workforce.
