Apprentice Spotlight: Taylor Etchells-Brassington 

Taylor Etchells-Brassington has been recognised with a Personal Development Award in recognition of his commitment to helping others within his local community. 

In his spare time, Taylor regularly volunteers his time to support people in his area, helping with a variety of practical tasks including gardening, building furniture and assisting with odd jobs. His willingness to lend a hand wherever needed has made a positive difference to those around him and demonstrates the values that the Personal Development Award celebrates. 

Through his volunteering efforts, Taylor has developed valuable skills while giving back to his community. By helping others, he continues to build his confidence, strengthen his problem-solving abilities and gain a sense of achievement from making a positive impact. 

Reflecting on the recognition, Taylor said: "I feel that doing jobs to help others within the community enhances my skillset and gives me a sense of self-worth. I enjoy keeping myself busy and assisting others."
