National Apprenticeship Week 2023

NAW 2023
Apprenticeships Employers General News News

National Apprenticeship Week returns from 6-12 February, bringing together providers, employers and learners to celebrate all things apprenticeships and showcase opportunities across the country.

Apprenticeships can provide opportunities to upskill in your current career or enable career change opportunities and there’s no better time to explore the many qualifications available.

The theme for 2023 is ‘Skills for Life’, reflecting on how apprenticeships can help individuals to develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career, and businesses to develop a talented workforce that is equipped with future-ready skills.

This year, Total People are joining the campaign with a two-pronged approach:

  • Learners – Creating Your Future – Improve career prospects and earning potential
  • Employers – Creating Your Future Workforce – Retain your staff by investing in their skills.

During the week, we’ll be hearing from Total People’s Head of Business Development and Account Management, Russell Dowers, about his journey from an apprentice to his current role.

We’ll also be celebrating another levy gifting donation from one of the UK’s top employers – so watch this space!

You can find out more about National Apprenticeship via the official website and keep up to date throughout the week by following Total People on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
