Total People gains Social Value Award

Total People has been awarded a Social Value Award for its commitment to its colleagues and the Cheshire community. 

Awarded by Social Value Business through the Cheshire and Merseyside Health and Care Partnership, the Social Value Award recognises organisations that:

• improve motivation, performance, productivity, health and wellbeing for staff and volunteers
• create local opportunities for social innovation
• maximise local investment and support the growth of the local economy.

Total People has committed to high standards of social, environmental and economic actions including growing its Supported Internships programme and focusing on colleague wellbeing. It now joins 18 businesses across Cheshire and Merseyside making a real difference within their organisations and the local community.
