About the apprenticeship
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an apprentice to join our dynamic and growing team within AMS. We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and conscientious individual who is keen to learn all aspects of business administration and sales support activities.
Duties to include:
General Office Administration
- Answering Telephone Calls into the office, handling customer enquiries and queries
- Stock Management
- Website Activities
- Marketing
- Daily Office Management - filing, ordering Stationery
Sales Support/ Administration
- Producing accurate records and documents, including emails and letters, quotations
- Sourcing products in line with customer requests
- Organising Sales teams diaries and Sales support calls
- Processing of Sales orders, creating delivery paperwork, producing purchase orders, updating customer relationship management database
Accounts Administration
- Creating Sales Invoice for Customers
- Credit Control- Assisting Finance Manager with chasing outstanding debt
